Oslo bombing aftermath

This post is being written on Friday afternoon. I did not cover the apparent car bomb in Oslo because it's not Israel, because it was too close to the start of the Sabbath and because the odds were too high that anything I might write would be disproven during the night.But this picture will certainly be relevant on Saturday night.Why do I suspect that I know who did this?
